Pam is the daughter of Farnham Insurance founder, John Farnham, who started the agency in 1972. She currently co-owns the agency along with her brother, Jay Farnham. She began working at Farnham Insurance in 1984.

Pam is a licensed agent in property/casualty, life, accident, and health. Pam believes her purpose is to continue the founding principles taught by her father. She strives to treat each and every client as she would want to be treated, as well as provide valuable service to policyholders.

Pam has three children and a granddaughter.
